My Story

Imagine a life where you feel disconnected from your emotions, where challenges are met with a stiff upper lip. That was me, Lynn Buck, a police officer in my earlier career. It wasn't until my early 30s, when life threw some significant curveballs and punches, that the walls came down, and found myself grappling with intense anxiety. That difficult period became an unexpected turning point. It ignited a deep empathy and a desire to create the support I wished I had. I transitioned to counseling, volunteering with incredible individuals who had survived childhood trauma. It was powerful work, but sometimes the journey felt long and arduous. I knew there was a faster, profound way. Fast forward to the pandemic, and I discovered the rapid power hypnotherapy and Rapid Transformational Therapy. The results were often remarkable, I felt like I was on the cusp of a breakthrough. And it was, especially for my clients. But life has a funny way of keeping us learning.

A couple of years later, I found myself in a challenging space again, battling anxiety and even paranoia. It was a stark reminder that even those who help others can struggle. It was also the catalyst I needed to seek out a deeper understanding of healing. I embarked on further training, exploring modalities that connected the dots between mind, body, and soul. And that, for me, was the game-changer. These tools not only brought me back to balance but also revolutionized my practice. , I have the immense privilege of witnessing my clients experience rapid and lasting transformation. My passion is to empower them, to equip them with the tools they need to navigate life's challenges long after they leave my care. It's about giving them the fishing rod, not just the fish, so they can nourish their own well-being for a lifetime.
